Our trainers customize your workouts, teach proper form and technique, as well as providing the motivation you need to get the results you want. Our trainer helps you with nutritional guidance, updating your fitness routine, and more! The Personal Training program features Polar Tri Fit Nutritional and Fitness Analysis, which gives a personalized computer analysis and a documented menu for training and nutrition.
